My whole family learned Jujitsu from Gracie Barra. We learned so much from Dennis Knaust and the whole Gracie Barra team. It’s very impowering for me as women to know I can defend myself if ever need be. My sons started when they were in third and eighth grade and it helped them gain confidence and respect. We went for eight years till we moved out of state. It was an amazing experience😊
